In accordance with national statutory holiday arrangements and considering the actual circumstances of our company, we hereby announce the 2026 New Year's Day holiday arrangements for YRO Company as follows:

I. Holiday Schedule

January 1, 2026 (Thursday, New Year's Day) is a statutory holiday, and our company will be closed for one day.

Normal operations will resume from January 2, 2026 (Friday).

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding!

II. The Origin of New Year's Day

Date Origin: January 1st of the Gregorian calendar as the New Year originated from the regulations of the ancient Roman Julian calendar.

International Adoption: After Pope Gregory XIII revised it into the currently widely used Gregorian calendar in 1582, January 1st as the New Year was adopted by the vast majority of countries worldwide.

In China: The term "元旦" (Yuándàn) has a long history in China, but its reference to January 1st of the Gregorian calendar was officially fixed after 1949, distinguishing it from the traditional Lunar New Year (Spring Festival).
