Lightning is the most common source of surges. Even if lightning does not directly strike people, when it discharges on utility poles, transformers or the ground, the strong electromagnetic field it generates can create destructive surge voltages in nearby power lines.

At this point, the AC surge lightning arrester comes into action: when abnormal high voltage is detected, it instantly diverts the energy to the grounding line within an extremely short time, preventing it from entering your equipment, thereby ensuring electrical safety. After voltage returns to normal, it automatically resets to standby mode, continuing to safeguard your electrical environment.
