Introduction

When choosing an ATS, users care about more than just transfer time. Three key questions usually come up: Is the switching stable? Is the service life long enough? And is it easy to work with a generator after installation?

The new YRO ATS is designed precisely around these three priorities.

Starting with the exterior, this generation adopts a completely new design with a more structured appearance and a compact layout. It is protected by a patented design, offering a cleaner and more professional look once installed, especially inside distribution panels. For engineering projects or export markets, a standardized and distinctive appearance adds clear value.

In terms of working principle, the core function of an ATS is to automatically switch to backup power, such as a generator, when the main supply fails or becomes abnormal. Once the main supply is restored, it switches back automatically. The entire process requires no manual intervention, significantly improving overall power system reliability.

This version also features an upgraded auxiliary contact system that is default compatible with generator auto-start signals. This is especially important for users working with generator backup systems. In simple terms, when utility power fails, the backup power changeover switch sends a signal to start the generator automatically. When the utility power returns, the generator stops automatically. The logic is clear, wiring is more straightforward, and no complex additional modifications are required.

Internally, the structure has been optimized using upgraded PC material. PC provides excellent insulation performance and strong mechanical durability, ensuring more stable operation during long-term switching cycles.
